The focus of this week’s workshop will be group interviews. It is a common interview practice of many companies for applicants to be screened by a panel of at least two people. To ace your group interviews, you must be adaptable and be prepared to answer each interviewer’s question accordingly to his or her liking. And don?t forget: eye contact is a must to convey that you are paying equal attention to each panelist. But fret not; a group interview is still a formal presentation of yourself. Be just as articulate, confident, and deliberate as you would for a one-on-one interview. We encourage you to come to this week?s meeting to continue familiarizing yourself with the process of job recruitment!
